2017 Yamaha Kodiak 700 EPS Camo Engine

The All-new Yamaha Kodiak 700 EPS, available in Realtree Xtra, features new DOHC, 708cc engine with optimized machine code, providing a subtle power and strong torque for all-day comfort and ease of use. Along with the new engine, Yamaha belonging Mikuni® fuel injection system with 44mm bore and throttle position sensor supports easy cold start and the fuel delivery flawless in almost all conditions.

Yamaha Kodiak 700, Yamaha’s proven Ultramatic® automatic transmission with high, low, reverse and neutral, providing CVT transmission the most durable industrial and engine braking most natural-feeling throughout the rpm range.

A gate-style shift lever is strong and comfortable allowing the rider easily choose a setting drive, while the racer-moving 2WD / 4WD system mechanic with a handlebar-mounted option setting lever puts the rider in control when placing 4-wheel traction to the ground in rough off-road terrain and situations work hard.

The new Kodiak 700 combines independent suspension with 7.1 inches of travel up front and 9.1 inches of travel in the rear. Twenty-five-inch wheels and tires Maxxis exclusive Yamaha provides a high level of durability, traction, comfort and steering precision.

Hydraulic disc brakes front and durable sealed new wet brakes provide stopping power behind robust and reliable. Nearly 11 inches of ground clearance and a 49.2-inch wheelbase provides the best combination of comfort and terrainability in work situations, and front to rear skid plates enhance the overall capability off-road.
